I had buy an unit at CALISA, after that i try my best dig the information at google.
However, I only able to get very little information from google. I wonder why?
Today i found the answer, cause they always try their best to delete the negative post/reply(at forum).

http://www.mudah.my/Selangor/Apartments-for-sale-2020?nf=1
This 2 sited provided very important info, but have been deleted recently.

The reason i open this blog are very simple,
I wan to remind all potential buyers, what you need know!

- It is leasehold until 2096 only!!! Mean is 80 years leasehold. Not 99 year leasehold.
- The early bird promotion already last for few month, but they always said until TODAY only!!!
- That area are conquer by foreigners (Indonesian, Bangladesh, and many others).
- They will never pay back your deposit, no matter what happen, even your loan being reject.
- Most important, Masteron really trustworthy? Try to search and see what happen their most successful project - Koi Kinara.
- Taman Mas is Masteron product. See what happen to it today.

The only Survive Source, (Hope won't be kill after this)

  2. Hi, i'm also one of the calisa buyer. I don't think the remaining lease will affect us to purchase cause from my previous experience, I purchase a property in Kelana Mahkota for RM228,888. That is also lease hold expiry 2086 . The agent also didn't inform me and the project is previously abandon before. The time i bought is in 2004 now I sold it for RM430,000 and I got no regrets.

  6. Hi, I bought a unit at Calisa too and my aunty bought 1 also. If its a good deal for future appreciation and good rental return, and KFC/Pizza Hut, a mall is coming up in Tasik Prima, Carrefour and Tesco is nearby. No other places is more affordable than Calisa. Calisa N is half way under construction. So guys, have some faith in making decision.

  8. Hi all, believe it or not, i have a connection in Calisa telling me they are employing their market manager to 'clean up' negative comments on the internet. they asked the blog owners to delete the post and negative comments. Readers be wise in deciding what is true and what is deceiving, good luck.

    1. How sure are you ? I'm a Calisa buyer and i heard the project FULLY SOLD ! We were told that they are starting the piling very soon. What negative comments? i see more like deposits refunds, blah blah blah..... Now some can collect back, no more huh hah. Aiyo, whether the project will complete, we will know very soon right. Im looking at capital appreciation in 10 years time as compare to buying an old apt and have to spend reno in cash. Putra Prima was launch at only RM190k, now its around RM400k. The new phase is RM600k-RM700k. I have faith with my investment and have not lost any money in property investment before.

  9. I'm one of the victim of Calisa N block. The sucker developer did not return my deposite RM 500 after my loan not approved. I even submit the rejected letters from Banks (Ambank and RHB bank) which that promised before. Somemore they were very rude after my loan was rejected. They even scolded me and warn me not to call them anymore.
For those successful buyers, wish you good luck. Until today, I still keep all the documents.

Since have carrefour and Tesco opened whithin 3KM distance, not to say LRT Station (Long Story) , i believe the area will somehow go up alittle but not too much . As compare shop apartment behind still selling at price of less than 160K. I have to say that area trully alot foreigner and Low income Malay staying.

Foresee Little profit to be made .

  14. I'm a Calisa N investor also.
I'd say you get what you pay for... and then some!
Don't expect high end when buying low cost.
An affordable first home, better to start with a low cost unit than NOT starting at all!
Confident that all buyers will be happy in 10 years from now! :)
    See you around Taman Mas
